As Head of Research at BMP DDB during the agency's meteoric rise in the late ’80s and ’90s, Hazel and her team became an invaluable creative resource, sharpening the agency’s competitive edge and contributing significantly to the agency's creative dominance. She went on to establish and lead research departments at Godman and Stark Films before launching Hazel May Ltd in 2005. An advertising scion, Hazel has not only witnessed the industry’s evolution firsthand but has played a key role in shaping it.

Jared, Hazel’s lead creative researcher began his career at Berwick Street’s legendary Prime Time Video. With natural curiosity, diverse creative interests, and photographic memory, Jared is an invaluable member of the team. Together, Hazel, Jared and their team have supported the global creative industry for over three decades, bringing visions to life and contributing to some of the most highly awarded campaigns of the 21st century. Their creative expertise remains an indispensable resource for agencies worldwide.

With a background in news and entertainment, Euan’s work has always been story-driven. In his 20 years with Hazel May Ltd., he has created and overseen the production of over 1,400 pitch-winning mood films and campaigns. His ability to pivot, adapt, and innovate as an editor has earned him widespread praise from producers and creatives around the world who are consistently impressed by his unique ability to shape their vision - even when that vision is still taking form.
